L'amour Botanique is based in South Devon and offers a range of garden supplies that are tried and tested in our Herb Nursery and home kitchen garden.

Where possible our suppliers are locally based, most produce all the componants of their products in the UK, use re-cycled materials if needed and have environmentally sound business ethics and practice in place. L'amour Botanique's product range is designed, developed and wrapped at our Nursery in South Devon whilst local South Devon craftsmen and women produce a bespoke range of wooden and metal products especially for L'amour Botanique's Garden Shop.

With the emphasis on traditional customer values and with a passion for cooking and growing all of us at L'amour Botanique like to believe that purchasing online should be an enjoyable experience and that our customers should be delighted when they receive their purchases through the post!

Ladybirds

With the Herb Nursery expanding in 2010 there was much interest in the biodegradable pots that all out plants are planted in and we began to sell a range direct to the public together together with our Wooden Labels and Growing Kits. With our online garden shop opening in 2010 we were able to offer our organically certified nursery supplies nationally. This year, 2011, we have expanded our garden supply range and also offer them direct to customers at our shows and events together with our fresh herbs. This is brilliant as we receive instant feedback from our customers directly for all the products we offer including the trialing of our own newly developed garden products and gifts.

Lisette the proprietor, has a BSc (Hons) ecology specialising in Plant ecology with over 25 years of organic gardening experience. An experienced teacher to adults and children about organic horticultural technique's, how to Grow your own at home, nature and wildlife; she still presents talks and presentations to garden clubs and socities.
