Frequantly Asked Questions

1. Can you deliver on a Saturday as I work during the week and I would rather be in when my order arrives?
Yes we can arrange a Saturday delivery for most items with ParcelForce. Express24 service. Saturday deliveries incur a £12.00 surcharge. Please select this option if available at the bottome of the product description. Saturday deliveries should arrive before 1pm.

2. I want to purchase two items to be sent to two different addresses; how do I do that?
Unfortunately you will have to place one order first and then place a new order for the second item with the second delivery address. If you are ordering by post, please print off two invoices and  only need to add the total order values together and send one cheque.

3. Is purchasing on your website secure?
All purchases online are via Paypal which is a secure encrypted site. Therefore we do not have access to any of your personal financial bank details ourselves and never pass your customer details to outside parties other than the name, contact number and address of delivery to our courier/postal provider in order to deliver your purchases! In addition our website host incorporates their own high level security and encryption services within our online shop to protect our customers details and passwords using GeoTrust Security.

4. What happens if my order is damaged when I open it?
Our couriers/postal providers we believe are very careful and concientious so I hope that this would not happen however if it does please telephone immediately L'amour Botanique on 01364 73653 and state the date and time of delivery including the invoice/delivery note number. It is important that you take a photograph and sent it to us in order to determine with our delivery provider what has happened. On investigation you would be refunded or your order duplicated (without charge). Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details

5. When will my order arrive?
Our online orders are picked up by ParcelForce between Monday' and Thursday .If you choose the Express 24 Saturday delivery option, it will be the next Saturday following receipt of your order and payment confirmation. All orders are in rotation and subject to variation should there be any third party desruptions. We will send you an email once your order has been proceed and then another when despatched. Please remember to let us know if you are going on holiday!

6. Will my order be in stock?
We update our stock levels regularly within this website and if it is not stock this should be written next to the item in the shop and it will not be able to be ordered. If there is a sudden demand for a particular item, for example compost, we are able to replenish our stock levels within a week.  So if you would like something but it indicates it is out of stock do check back or contact us on 01364 73653 or sales@lamourbotanique.co.uk

7.  Do I need a paypal account to purchase online?
No, you do not need to set up a PayPal account in order to purchase from us using a debit/credit card. When you are ready to make a payment you will see the Paypal window with details on the right of the page- to login if you do have a paypal account however there will also be an option for people who haven't got an PayPal account.

8. Can I collect my purchase?

Yes, for certain items that have this symbol in the description. Collection can be from either our Nursery at California Cross near Loddiswell  in South Devon or at one of our events! Just order, make a payment and choose 'Collection' at the checkout. We will send you an email to enquire where and when you woul d like to collect your purchase. Please note that our Nursery is not open to the public so visits are by appointment only.

9. I am a business and would like to order a large quantities do you do discounts?

Yes, for large orders we do discounts for Businesses, Charities and Community Groups. We also have trade customers that purchase in larger quantities our L'amour Botanique Range and Biodegradable Pots and Beddiing Trays together with our  retail range of Seasonal Culinary Herbs for Cooking!
