We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases however if for any reason you wish to return any item please refer to the brief guide below; a detailed version is written in our Terms and Conditions.
Returns
Damaged items
If any item is damaged upon arrival we offer a replacement (delivery costs on us) or refund to the person who originally made the purchase up to 7 days of receipt of the damaged/faulty item. We take any damage in transit very seriously as it is so dis-appointing to be waiting for a parcel to arrive only to find that it is damaged and unusable. If your order was delivered direct by one of our suppliers please contact them (their contact customer service details will be enclosed with the item) and we would really appreciate if you would inform us too. If you have any concerns with our suppliers customer service please contact us.
Call 01364 73653 or email us immediately or within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please make sure you have your delivery note/invoice reference to hand and the date and approximate time of delivery.
Try and take a photo for reference on the day of delivery; preferably in its packaging and email your image to us.
Perishable Items All live plants are carefully checked by us or our suppliers before they are sent by post so please call us immediately if you have concerns as to their condition upon arrival (which includes damage in transit). If your order was delivered direct by one of our suppliers please contact them (their contact customer service details will be enclosed with the item) and we would really appreciate if you would inform us too.Sometimes plants need a couple of days to get used to their new environment and we can offer some advice if needed by phone or email.

Live plants cannot be returned due to their nature.
Cancellation of your order

01364 73653 Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If you haven't recieved an email confirming that we are processing your order we can then offer you a full refund of your purchase and delivery costs. If you have received a order processing email it means that your delivery has been booked in for collection that day so we will be charged for postage if using ParcelForce; therefore if this occurs we reserve the right to give you a refund for your order and deduct the delivery costs from the full amount.
If your postage is below £7.90 and we have sent you a processing email we will be taking your parcel to the Royal Mail Post Office that day; usually mid afternoon . You can therefore contact us before that time to stop your order being despatched. You will then be given a Full refund of your order together with the delivery charge.
Already recieved your parcel ?
Should you change your mind when you have already received your order, as long as items are unopened or in a condition for re-sale we will refund the purchaser using the same method during billing excluding delivery costs. Postage back to us for Returns of this nature will have to be met by the customer; using a signed for service. Alternatively we would be happy to provide a quote for you and arrange a collection billed via PayPal Invoice.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations if you have received your order and the items are perishable; such as live plants.
